At Dog Town Collars, we strive to represent our product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen displays, the colors you see may differ slightly from the actual product. Even with professional photography, colors may not always be perfectly represented. For instance, our Tropical Blue collar appears much bluer in person than in the photograph, and the Fluorescent Orange collar is more vibrant in reality, resembling a true Fluorescent Hunter’s Orange or Safety Orange.

Please understand that these color differences are beyond our control.

We do not manufacture any of the materials used in our products, such as Biothane®, buckles, or other components. However, we take great pride in assembling our collars and leashes using what we believe to be the strongest and most reliable hardware available. Despite this, Dog Town Collars is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents that may result from product breakage. In the unlikely event that a product does break, we stand behind our craftsmanship and will gladly replace it at no cost.

Each product is meticulously handcrafted, meaning there may be slight variations in details such as hole placement, size, or other small features. These unique differences highlight the care and attention we put into every item.

Please note that our collars and leashes are designed as high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, easy-to-clean, and reliable gear for dogs. However, we do not recommend them for strong, untrained dogs, large dogs that pull, or those that lunge. These situations could compromise the safety of you, your dog, or others in the event of a breakage.
