Every collar and leash in our DogTown collection comes with a lifetime Warranty, underscoring our commitment to quality and longevity.

Crafted by hand to endure and thrive through all sorts of adventures, there might still be times when the hardware requires replacement.

Our warranty covers issues stemming from hardware, material, or assembly flaws, rather than mishandling or damage inflicted by pets.

What’s Covered:

  • All hardware and strap components

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from pets chewing through webbing or hardware
  • Misuse damage, such as from leaving an animal tethered unsupervised
  • Natural wear signs, like color fading, prints fading, stains, scratches, or material wear
  • Hardware distorted by chemicals or prolonged immersion in liquid

Hardware Disclaimer:

  • Black Hardware: The black hardware is coated and, while strong, we do not guarantee it won't scratch.
  • Brass: Brass will naturally patina over time. You can polish it or let it develop its natural patina.
  • Stainless Steel: Stainless steel may tarnish over time. You can polish it or let it develop its natural patina.
  • General: We do not guarantee that metal components will not undergo their natural processes over time.

Repair Process:

  1. Reach Out: Contact us via email with photos highlighting the issue.
  2. Evaluation: We’ll assess if your item qualifies under our lifetime guarantee.
  3. Repair: If approved, we’ll mend your item at no extra cost, though shipping to and from our workshop is not included.

Sustainability Commitment: To promote sustainability, we ask for any approved repair items to be sent back to us, allowing the reuse of any salvageable hardware/material.
